Once a brother, always a brother…

April 20, 2011

National Alumni Day is April 25—a day designed to recognize and appreciate Delta Sigma Pi alumni brothers. Take this opportunity to learn more ways to be involved as an alumni.

  • Update your contact information online or by emailing
  • Join an alumni chapter (chapters normally host 1 or 2 events a month and dues are usually around $20 per year –and sometimes less expensive or free for recent grads!).
  • Attend events that interest you (collegiate chapter, alumni chapter, national events, etc). Find a complete list of events on our website. There are 10 national LEAD events held around the country each year and Grand Chapter Congress is held every other summer. Chapters also host a variety of events from chapter reunions to mentorship programs that are open to alumni.
  • Participate in social networking options such as Facebook or LinkedIn.
  • Read The DELTASIG magazine (recent grads, current Leadership Foundation donors, life members, Golden Council members and national officers receive the magazine)—or you can read it online.
  • Read and contribute to the Delta Sigma Pi Blog.
  • Keep your skills up to date by becoming a Certified Deltasig Leader (CDL)—sessions include Fraternity and chapter operations, time management and presentation skills.
  • Support the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation.
  • Serve as a part of the National Leadership team as Grand President, Vice President-Finance, Vice President-Organizational Development, Provincial Vice President or Regional Vice President.
  • Consider volunteering in a leadership role such as District Director, alumni chapter officer or national, provincial, regional or alumni chapter committee member.

Find more information about alumni opportunities or contact and have a wonderful Alumni Day!
