Hub

August 7, 2012

Welcome back to Terminology Tuesday! Each Tuesday we will blog about some commonly misunderstood terms within the Fraternity. It’s our hope that you will take the time to read and then share this information with others.

So you have probably heard that the Hub is a new online tool for officers coming this  month, but you still aren’t totally sure why you should be excited. Well this post will tell you all the important things you need to know about changes coming with the Hub. A complete list of changes is also available online.
Logins:

  • Each member will have their own login credentials that will give them access to Scholarship Applications, the Deltasig Shop, and more.
  • Only Officers (using their personal login) will have access to the Hub (which includes CMP, Officer Contacts, and Provincial Resources) and the Award website.

Officer Contacts: Chapter officers will have access to view all national officers and collegiate and alumni chapter officers through the Hub. National Leadership will also be able to send batch emails from their own @dspnet.org email address.

Resources:

  • Resources will still be available online through the Resources section of the website, but will also be available within Document Library in the Hub.
  • National and chapter officers can also post documents to their document library to others within their hierarchy.

Reports: National, Provincial, Regional and Chapter reports will be able to be created based on items submitted on CMP forms, membership, etc.

For more information on the changes is available online.
